How do we get into our rental home?

All of our rentals are equipped with lockboxes located on or near the entryway. You will find the code to these lockboxes in your check-in instructions on the AirBNB app. Please ensure the numbers are lined up correctly, otherwise the box will not open.

We have run out of supplies (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap) can you get us more?

All of our homeowners provide renters with a complimentary amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, coffee, and coffee filters. Should these complimentary amounts run out, the renter is then responsible for acquiring more supplies, should they need more for the rest of their stay. (Disclaimer: Renters are NOT responsible to replace complimentary supplies for the next guests.)

What is there to do in the area?

Please refer to the table of contents in your Rental Manual. There you will find a range of activities, restaurants, and "must see" attractions based on locations. You can also check out the 'Discover Maine' tab on our website.

Can we check-in early and/or check-out late?

Because of our high turnover rate, and frequently having same-day turnovers (when one renter leaves in the morning and another comes in the afternoon), we cannot permit early check-ins and/or late check-outs unless there are extenuating circumstances as our cleaning crew need a sufficient amount of time to properly prepare for our next guests.
